The visual identity, logo, product photography, and custom coffee blends featured on this site are the exclusive property of Zairoka Coffee. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
3. Product Information
While we strive for absolute accuracy, Zairoka does not warrant that product descriptions (Classic, Butterscotch, Hazelnut, Vanilla) or other content on this site are error-free. Coffee is a natural product; slight variations in roast and profile may occur.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Zairoka Coffee or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Assam, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jorhat.
