Growing up in Jorhat, Assam, the air was always heavy with the scent of world-class tea. It is a place of lush greenery, deep heritage, and meticulous harvesting. But amidst the rolling tea gardens, a different kind of passion was taking root.

I realized that while our region perfected the art of the leaf, there was an uncompromising desire for the bean. I wanted to experience the rich, dark, and complex profiles of perfectly roasted Arabica, without sacrificing the convenience that modern life demands.
